**At Liberty Community Management we provide the information and the education to facilitate this implementation. We provide our HOAs with 24 hour access to up to date records and financials of your community. As well as tons of education to help govern your community and make it grow in the way you see fit.**
People have a tendency to complain about their leaders and do nothing about it. Why should it be different in a community association?
If you don’t like the way your board of directors is managing your community, you need to find a way to facilitate a change. You need to implement. Implementation is Power
First you need to get information. Inspect the records. Look at the financials. See what is going on. However, information is not power. If it were then the librarians would rule the world.
Then, educate yourself as to the statutes and laws that apply to your association, knowing that if knowledge were power, the community educators and law professors would rule the world.
Now that you have the tools, it is time to act! Get together with a group of like minded people and run for the board. Talk to your neighbors, knock on doors, invite them over for a cup coffee.
Make them aware of what you have learned.
Don’t be negative, tell them the positive things your team will do for the community and how you will facilitate these changes.
I know this is not easy but I have seen it done in many communities.
Stop complaining, get elected! Implement!
Implementation is Power
